Combining both Jesper Kyd and Lorne Balfe was a damned good idea. Although post-Kyd I'd say the soundtrack for AC has always still been pretty decent tbf, even in shitey games like Unity and III.
@@theredhex7671 this is late lmao, but is AC origins worth playing after playing odyssey. I ordered a pack and was gonna try and play all the AC in Historical order this time. The only ones I havent played are Syndicate and Origins
@@zachbrenton3656 Origins is certainly better than Odyssey. Especially in terms of characters, story, facial animations and plot it is significantly better. Origins is also not an rpg in the sense that there are no choices. It plays far more like an open-world action adventure. Think AC Black Flag, but in Egypt. If anything, the map in Origins is wonderfully realized, so many historical locations and beautiful sights. The graphics are on par with Odyssey, and in some cases better (like fire animations, and also the character models look more real and authentic). The combat is similar to Odyssey, but with less magical elements and less grind. Also, the archery in Origins is much better than in Odyssey (this is most likely the case, because there are four different bows in Origins, all with their own advantages). In general Origins feels more realistic, and as a result, more immersive than Odyssey. I don't dislike Odyssey that much, but the main issues were the story and characters and the grind. In Origins, those aren't issues, in my opinion. The soundtrack of Origins is also brilliant.
although i wouldn't consider it the best, it has many elements i consider the best in franchise mainly the freeroam music and general atmosphere, it's just so soothing
Start is just so powerful, Instantly got the feels of how long the journey has been for Ezio and for use to enjoy the up's and down's of that experience. Truly special.
All the open world themes are freaking masterpieces! Welcom to konstantinyye, The crossroads of the world, Byzantium, Istanbul, all of these great tracks made the exploration and traversal so much better.
This music reminds me of the purpose assassin's creed game inspired me and it's to fight and live to fight for people's freedom and fight corruption everywhere and to live my life fully and believe that Nothing is true everything is permitted
The atmosphere that sorunds you when you lisen two this mix its like you feel the the world and that era of that game and evry moment of it truely Amazing job Man
I'm not sure which AC game I love more, Black Flag or Revelations. I have hundreds of hours on both. I love them both for the atmosphere, the gameplay, the story especially in both were just absolutely spectacular. To this day, still both are in my top 5 for best story in a game of all time. Right up there with The Witcher 3, Star Wars KOTOR, and Batman: Arkham City. Just absolute masterpieces, everything was perfect IMO. I should play both of them again lol.
I scrolled through the titles of the tracks, found Yerebatan Cistern and jumped there right away after listening to the main theme! Then found On The Attack and Infiltration. This game has really great agitating and thrilling tracks! I wanted to stay in Yerebatan mission forever just because of the track :P
It was better part from all "Desmond-story" parts, better plot in all Assassin's creed. The last AC where Ubisoft tried new tricks in gameplay, and telling us the perfect story 'bout eden apple.
tried new tricks... I disagree that was AC Unity. But after that the new machanics for games have been stolen by other games (better and worse than the games they have been used in originally.) Plus you are discrediting games like Far Cry 3 that did offer new things that changed the shooter landscape, the ship sailing machanics of AC4 that was new and innovative, the tree running system of AC3 that no other series in gaming has yet to attempt, Watch Dogs which offered a very unique experience with some hacking gameplay that was new and fun to master (this game did have its share of very major issues though I won't deny that), Driver: San Francisco one of the most unique games of all time.
Am I the only one who thinks that Labored and Lost is PERFECT? It transmits the sense of rush, the world is ending. It shows us the suffering of the people, the destruction, the loss. It shows us that we would not want this to happen again in any circunstances and sets up perfectly the weight on Desmonds shoulders and the sacrifice that he will need to make wich he later accepts without even questioning it. Desmond cares and although he could have lived longer and become a symbol of hope he chose to stay behind and save the people e loves and all the people he doesn't. I really hoped one day they will bring him back properly, through his son or something like what they are doing now with the modern story of Valhalla wich seems to hint at his comeback but I wish that they didn't screw up the lore of the Isu, the lore of the Animus, the past that we are re-living and specially the brotherhood.
Rodrigo E. Pinheiro my boy works for Ubisoft. bud assassin's creed is just getting started its far from over there's even a new movie lined up already that's doing game 2 story with all new characters in the movie. how ever i did hear something about the new game being with a girl now idk well see
Ezio Auditore da Firenze, was Assassins Creed, all this other stuff is just other stuff. Even AC3 was only worth playing to get see the conclusion to Desmond's story.
Rodrigo EP True...AC died along with the death of Ezio. Then they made a half-assed game just to put Desmond’s death, which was really shitty and sad. They could’ve made it better...
Matteo Marletta I personally finished AC Origins and still playing, yes its an AWESOME game. BUT it doesn’t feel like AC. old AC is just on a different level, I don’t feel like any new AC will make me feel the same. Just my opinion,
AC lost its personality with the departure of Creative Director Patrice Desilets and the composer Jesper Kyd. AC Origins is awesome though, Ashraf Ismail could be the perfect replacement for Patrice, if Ubi just gives him creative freedom.
Not sure yet! I have a few mixes ready to be made, but the trouble is finding the time in my schedule :D I do have quite the variety in music planned though, so stay tuned!
Am I the only one who thinks the "Welcome to Konstantiniyye" music sounds weirdly similar to Skyrim's ambient music. Also, Ezio sounds similar to Jarl Balgruff.
ac revealations had the best music of all in the series .There isn't even a contest

Had the best online imo

The most ac feeling ever
Requiescat in Pace, Assassin’s Creed
ac revelations, black flag and Origins always had the best music in my opinion,so beautiful
Awesome mix! Studying improved by 50%

And not to ride on unicorns like in odyssey
The best music of all in the ac series
Who else misses the hookblade?
the hookblade was a very good tool
Best game OST ever.
Change my mind.
No need to change it ,you're totally right
The transition between "Crossroads of the world" and "Sofia Sartor" was amazing.

Assassin's Creed Revelations' and Assassin's Creed III's music felt like something bad was about to happen.. And then it did..
I played this because the music stopped working in the game
The is song with Muslim azan what it called
What's next? :))
