    30 years old is so young to have a heart attack. That's scary. I have heart arrhythmia and I'm 28 and I'm terrified if these things. I walk every week and eat vegetables often but I'm still afraid.

      Remove animal proteins completely from your diet. The proteins cause heart attack. Basically become vegan to live a healthier life

      vitamins and minerals are so important! Also Ivor Cummins on youtube is an AMAZING resource for how to prevent them it has alot to do with insuin resistance and i reccomend the Keto Diet forreal! Some other people in the keto community are Dr Berg he does alot of educational videos on causes and solutions for a lot of conditions and ken berry md! God Bless you! I prayed that you may have God may give you the wisdom to prevent dangerous conditions or heal them

    thank you for this episode, the first question was already eye-opening to begin with, i didn't know that heart attacks wasn't just a "uGH" *falls on floor* type of situation (like Edwin described in the video), and also did not expect the significance of a physiotherapist in these heart conditions. its really heartening to hear that there is a supportive community of healthcare professionals!

    I'm 37 this year and a heavy smoker. I love all the good stuff like bacon and sweet stuff. I'm so lucky, I'm really trying to reel the smoking in and sort my diet out more. I welcome videos like this.

    Thanks for this video. Heart attack is one of my biggest fears lately so this is a great reminder for us to take care and improve our own lifestyles. Definitely need to get a medical checkup after we are over this current crisis.

    My dad passed away from a heart attack two weeks before my 13th birthday. I can never shake away the immense guilt for not calling the ambulance or going into the taxi with him. I'm so useless. And I wish ppl won't tell me things like "he's in a better place", "he wouldn't want you to feel sad", "you should be proud for having such a great father". These words miss the point, and I now don't say anything about my dad. Many a times I think of burning myself up. I also wish for all survivors to live a healthy life after recovery.

    I don't think a lot of people realise that fruit juice is basically just liquid sugar. When you press fruits, you lose all the benefits you get from whole fruits (e.g. fibre).

    • @jjgal92
      @jjgal92 4 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      There is such thing as liquid fibre through fruit juice. My daughter is on special diet and part of the recommendation by her specialist was to incorporate liquid diet on top of natural fibres

    Heart attack is terrible. I had once. Done my bypass surgery. I feel bad for myself and my family after the incident. But i am thankful for the 2nd chance of life given and the support from my family. Deep appreciation to my cardio surgeon and his medical team. Life is precious. Very. Treasure it with healthy lifestyle and diet. Take things positively. 🙏🏻

    Busy people should minimize red meat, fried food and sugary drinks in order not to stress your cardiovascular system. Try to get enough sleep, exercise at least twice a week, avoid supper and drink green tea at least twice a week which helps in detoxification.

    I'm a heart attack survivor but I'm not doing the good diet scheme. But I do my regular treadmill every other day for 30-40 minutes. I don't have that energy as before and I can't do rigorous work/activities because my broken heart can't handle it anymore.
