You don’t have to take the glass out, just get a king screw driver pop the 2 tabs and pull off, then 2 screws. So much easier
Exactly, the flathead screwdriver or a straight pry-tool will do the job very easy. Just adjust the mirror all the way down to get enough access and you’re fine.
