That entirely depends on what Gfreds you're trying to join. For the Gfred FiveM server you simply join by searching for the server in FiveM, after selecting the #pc role in the Gfred discord. For PH and 8G Gfreds you should join their respective discords too and read their FAQs before joining as there may be some additional steps. But otherwise it is similar, simply search for the servers in FiveM and join whenever a Gfred is being hosted
