build relies on health tanking and 1st ability DR but you have almost no armour. This nova build only works early steelpath because of the lack of DR methods, only using 1 isnt enough, and after a certain point DR is useless and you have to rely on shieldgating or other ways to ignore damage. Adaptation also isn't a very good mod since it takes multiple instances of damage for it to become useful, and it doesnt decrease the majority of damage; Enemies use IPS damage just like tenno weapons, but adaptation only affects the highest source of damage from IPS. 50 impact, 25 puncture and 25 slash will only have the 50 impact scale adaptation meaning the attack will go down to 55 damage instead so its not a real 90% increase in DR.
Hey thanks for the comment. Firstly I want to preface by saying that this is not a build that is gonna take you to level cap, and there are certain missions its gonna struggle on. This is precisely what I was talking about in step 2, you gotta know what you're building for. This build's purpose is to nuke the majority of steel path content as I showed in the clips. Secondly here's the reason why I don't run any armour on my nova. Her first ability's DR was only applicable to health in the past, however following the rework, her DR now applies to shields as well. This is why it would even make sense to run 3 blue archons just for shields and not worry about health but as I said again in the video, my archon shards are just what make the build comfy for me. Everything else you said is correct and I shouldn't have confidently said 99% DR without mentioning that it's an upper limit which usually isn't achieved. Thanks for the feedback bro.
I'll keep that in mind. This seems to be a common trend in my videos. I feel like it sounds fine in the editor but then on youtube my voice just gets drowned out idk. I'll fix it next video tho thanks!
Good content and its clean
