    Cool! Thanks. I was wondering how to lock or control the torso stretching. I can see only arms and legs do have those controllers.

    hi I hope you don't mind me asking. When I used rigify. it worked well, but when I render my character. 2 images of the character are rendered at the same time. the pose mode character and the rest position character are both rendered together. How do I turn off or hide the rest position mode character not to be rendered? thank you for your help :)

      Maybe you have two models, but one has its filters set to hidden in viewport yet still renderable in the renders
