I have a Bissell Crosswave and I was looking for additional instruction as to how to better use the machine since I no longer have the manual. One thing I can offer for information is the docking station can help clean the roller and the underside of the Crosswave. Pore clear water in the docking station, about a cup, and turn the machine on the roller will suck up the water and clean the roller and that area. Your review is excellent and I do agree with you about the color coding for cleaning and finish cleaning. That would be extremely helpful.
