A lot of things happened this week that took over my emotional energy and mental space, also as AuDHD I’m prone to burnout. So I apologize if I just posted only self-help shorts because I also think these things might help people. We lost two adopted strays due to our neighbor uanliving them, he has anger issues and this particular depressing event drained me so much. I hope you guys understand.
