Well, with how the PGN Servers are. Pro needs to have a small army with how the National Guard act around US Citizens. Unless LS is no longer apart of the US anymore and is its own country, lol. Then, well, those Citizens (NPCs) are screwed. They have no rights.

But this is no ordinary Helicopter this is a stealth copter from the rejected prototypes of the military as whenever its weaponry is fired while it is cloaked, it causes a system shutdown due to the strain on the power, which results in the copters engine's getting turned off! Which is even more dangerous then when it resulted in turning one of the stealth tank prototypes into a kiln which had all its exits sealed due to a crash... Poor Steve... But surely whoever is using this prototype helicopter as an Uber would have no need for its weaponry... Right...?

When you put tanks or vehicles with guns on them, you should add a small orange tip to the end of the barrel to help confuse the cops into respecting your excuses.
