@@Weridddd recycling is great, but avoiding waste is much much much better. We here in Germany do also separate our waste like crazy, but we have the highest amount of packaging waste in all of Europe. The use of non decomposing plastics is bad.

Until we get to the point of being able to have more cost efficient, environment friendly packaging, people will unfortunately have to stick to the cheaper. From what I have seen, bio degradable packaged items cost much more so people are unable to purchase them all the time. I'll try to explain it to you guys why they used too much plastic: 1. they wrapped the sandwiches to make sure they remain in good shape. When you add cream and fruits (which has liquid on it) in a sandwich the tendency is that they will slowly meltdown or deform especially when you are making mass production. 2. The second one when they cut it in half is for hygienic purposes. So that the cream or the fruits will not stick anything on the packaging. Yes, I know there are some ways on how to reduced the cost of using plastic, and Japan are stil trying to make sure they are helping the environment, everyone in the world is. * and about the crust why they need to cut it is that, it is how the Japanese sandwich makers maintain uniformity in the shapes to maximize convenience. And don't be sad about it, most companies made croutons out of it.

A lot of sandwiches in Japan come without crust. It takes away from the visual aesthetic and texture of the bread. The texture is a major component as to why crust is cut off. I guess its a bit of a cultural thing. I personally do not like crust because of the texture, so I much prefer them that way
The dressing is whipped cream and the bread is great, called Japanese milk bread. Little sweet, oh so good. Since I mostly eat fruit, this is a great diversity for me. Thank you for posting. Ladies are so precise, men too. ❤😊
It definitely does taste like a slice of fresh sponge cake....cut the corners of the bread slices and half the sandwich...garnish it with cream on the sides and it would look exactly like a pastry and taste like it too
I googled japanese fruit sandwiches and they are made mainly in bakeries. The white spread is whipped cream. The bread is a japanese milk bread, which can be found a japanese bakeries in the US.
You can tell the woman in the yellow and white striped shirt has been doing this a bit longer than the woman next to her. I find it amazing no matter the job that after people have been doing it a while they develop muscle memory therefore making the task much faster and efficient!

営業許可を出した保健所にも見て欲しいです。
髪の毛も勿論ですが、マスク無しでの私語、何よりも非加熱で食べる物を作業台に直置きには大変びっくりしました。
女性は特にこの様なことに敏感だと思うのですが、売るだけで自分が食べないものには関係がないのでしょうか・・・
作業台は清潔にして作業してるでしょ

家庭感覚で申し訳ありません。
当方、一応調理師資格所持の調理従事責任者及び店舗経営者です。
ステンレス作業台は調理直前に当然アルコール消毒などされていると思いますが、酸化皮膜(拭くと真っ黒)や経年劣化による錆びやキズに埋まった蓄積汚れなど必ずありますので、当方は必ずラップを引いた上で作業しております。
学生時代にスーパー惣菜やコンビニ厨房、飲食店でアルバイトをした時も必ずそのように会社から指導されました。
私も常に心掛けておりますが、知識が無い一般の方にご覧頂いても不信感を持たれない仕事をするのが本当のプロだと思います。

There used to be some bakeries that sold the bags of those cut edges. We deep fried and put the granulated sugar on them. A snack for kids!

You're right, it's sweeter than normal bread but it's still bread, not cake. It's called shokupan, Japanese milk bread loaf.

Never had a fruit sandwich
You can tell the woman in the yellow and white striped shirt has been doing this a bit longer than the woman next to her. I find it amazing no matter the job that after people have been doing it a while they develop muscle memory therefore making the task much faster and efficient!
I wish our schools in United States took this much time with the children lunches.
I am resisting the urge to tell "Speed it up a little!" to the woman bagging the sandwiches.

衛生面で見れば作業台の上に乗せるのはちょっとやだかな
@@ああ-s6g3w うちの職場もコールドテーブル使ってますよ。でもテーブルに食材の直置きは絶対しないですね。サンドイッチ系も取り扱ってますが切ってすぐに透明シートで包んで箱詰めします。コールドテーブルって冷蔵庫・冷凍庫の上の作業台なだけで搬入のダンボール乗せたり食材以外を乗せる事もあります。製造側としてもう少し考えた方がいいと思います。
