Lincoln Riley and the USC Trojans Football program add 6-6 350 pound OL Erwin Taomi to the USC roster heading into the 2024 season. Slated to play OL but could be a factor on either side of the line of scrimmage.

I would rather USC have Erwin Taomi at Nose Tackle than at IOL because that’s what USC needs more and would be utilized better. Also if he were to be in the defense would help Anthony Lucas, Bear Alexander, Elijah Hughes, and Kobe Pepe. Finally, it could help us in close situations or big games like Michigan.

Have him lose 20-30lbs where the weight doesn’t bother him moving around and just have him get stronger with USC’s strength and conditioning program and he can be a stud NT. 6’5 325-335lbs taking on double teams would be massive to say the least
