Democracy has brought pain and misery to us. Strange things are happening under democracy. Driving under the influence of liquor,overtaking even if is not safe to do so,using cell phones while driving the list is endless.
Democracy is but mere branding. It can have many faces, like in the west they practice fascism on Geo politics and social settings but proclaim democracy freedom of speech crap.
Scary to think our roads are so outdated that if anything besides reckless driving happens to these trucks they have no where to go but over you!. Thank you Democratic governments you have failed us.
The problem here was 2 people further up the road got in a minor fender bender, blocking the right and middle lane istead of pulling out of the road, then people speed down the yellow lane which also removes that as a possibility to avoid an accident mixed with morning sun. I was through there 15 minutes before the accident and im grateful to have passed through there unscaved
Truck drivers are getting extremely reckless while driving. I experience it daily.
We need to take videos if one can safely do so and forward the videos to SAPS and METRO. There is great power in social media these days.
