Hi. I've been trying to transfer my chats from a Samsung Galaxy S9+ to an iPhone 13 Pro Max for 4 days (and counting). All the times i've tried the other option where you have both devices connected. All of those tries failed. I do exactly the programs asks and when the process ends and I go to my iPhone, it says that whatsapp has issues to read my messages, I click on the "start recovery" option but it doesn't work and says that I have to reinstall whatsapp. Now I found your video. I can't try your way yet because I have to wait 48 hours to get the verification code because I've tried too many times, but I have a question. I can upload the backup to iCareFone without the sms/call verification, but when I get to the screen where is the backup (3:23 of your video) it appears empty for me (even when outside of that screen it says 3'72gb of space). I don't know if that's the problem of why it's failing everytime, but I don't know what to do to solve this. I've been searching but I can't find anything, hope you can help me. Thanks!
Hi, I'm not sure how you are able to backup your Samsung Galaxy Android without getting the verification code via SMS/text message. You have to complete that verification using the iCarefone software, then only you can backup your Android WhatsApp data to your computer. Did the software say it successfully backed-up your Android phone?

Did you have WhatsApp app on your iPhone and disabled the Find My iPhone before restoring your chats?

Your phone has enough storage. I don't see any issue there. Are you turning off the "Find my iPhone" before restoring the WhatsApp data?
