I got LOI on 22 March and after 2 months on 26 may I got the regret mail states that "After carefully evaluating your performance in the assessment process, we regret to inform you that you have NOT been shortlisted for further process". What does it mean I don't know what wrong procedure is followed. I have declined my other offer and accepted Capgemini offer and now I don't have any offer with me. And I there is nothing in my background verification.
My joining date was postponed on 24th March 2022 till then I am waiting for new DOJ have got yet. Whenever I contact my HR she ask me to wait. But now I'm losing my patience 😤. What to do now? Will I get the doj or not??
Please ask this straight to her. You can be stern while talking, it won't cost you your job. Ask for a new doj asap and continue to ping her on daily basis.

@@soni391 i hope not man, can't believe they are still doing this :( I sadly can't help you much anymore because I basically quit relying on capgemini and started working elsewhere but they did after like 2 months sent me my offer letter with new joining date again after revoking it, I just didn't took it. I'd say talk to your tpo officer, keep them in the Loop as much as possible as I assume this was a on-campus placement. Keep pinging your HR and also in the meantime if possible try to find some better opportunities, I am sick of bootlicking for companies that don't care about people who are trying so much to work there...

This should not lead to rejection. 2.5 months is an average waiting period. It might also extend. Kindly wait and in the meanwhile try attending other interviews as well

They might have left you our by mistake, so they sent it late. As it is, if the interview was taken in Feb and no result came, then it meant a rejection. Mail or no mail

I received mail on 22th April having DOJ as 28th April and very soon on 27 April I got mail from hr that your joining has been postponed to upcoming batch due to change in business requirements.
Then what can I do..
I received my date of joining in capgemini but within 5 pm I need to accept the offer but after 5pm only I saw the mail then hr call me she told me that you can join in the upcoming batches. Whether they will send a doj again or not because already 12 days got over.
You will get it. Send repeated mails to the HR and try following up on daily basis

I have not received any status regarding the interview of my Capgemini held on 21st January 2022.
In the Loi there is one form and they asked me in that whether u wud accept the role of ISP and said NO in that form and accepted the loi

This should not lead to rejection. 2.5 months is an average waiting period. It might also extend. Kindly wait and in the meanwhile try attending other interviews as well

They might have left you our by mistake, so they sent it late. As it is, if the interview was taken in Feb and no result came, then it meant a rejection. Mail or no mail
