Mr. Schwartz: "He may not be FOUND guilty, but you know HE IS guilty, the evidence is overwhelming". The whole country knew it worked out that way for OJ. He walked, even though he committed horrendous crimes. Don't let it happen again, pls.
The difference here is OJ had sense enough to keep his mouth shut and his prior "sweetheart status" wasn't tarnished prior to his Trial.

Somehow or someway he will find a way to get a mistrial. Likely it will have something to do with the jurors quitting or being threatened. He will do anything and everything to stop or delay a verdict.

That was my hope too and I am pleased to hear that Mr. Schwartz thinks so too. Trump, having to sit and listen to things that are so damaging to his ego will built up so much tension that it will erupt into a gigantic narcissistic rage, so unhinged and terrible that it will finally disqualify him with enough people to loose the election with a landslide. I really hope that nobody innocent will get hurt in the process.

This guy is the "co-author" of Art of the Deal the same way the people who wrote Trump's $60 bible co-wrote that book with him. The only part Donald wrote was his name on the cover.
'The art of the deal was written 40 years ago by a man who needed to feed his family. He has regretted it ever since, like Michael Cohen has regretted his involvement with him , or like Melania has. But they all got the better DEAL.
No matter the outcome … this case takes him down a couple of pegs. He has met his future and it includes days and months in smelly, cold stuffy court rooms. Welcome to your new reality.

If I was on the jury of this first trial, I would ask the judge if we could find Benedict Donald: Not Guilty by reason of insanity and/or mental incompetence. That way he couldn't fight the verdict and it would stick.

The expression "never seen an ex-president as a defendant in a criminal trial" or "first ex-president etc.." gets a lot of air time. However I dont think its gets the gravity that those expressions deserve because at the time Trump was president he never really acted as a president in the way the majority think a president should behave. i.e. the bulk of the population were not shocked when these charges were bought against him and it was seen more as a natural consequence of what they had been hearing and seeing over the years.
A simple comparison between a 2020 rally speech from trumpty & one from this year is all you need to listen to to know how much he's deteriorated - let alone between 2016 & now !!!

The way Tony Schwartz described his work on the book, is what my impression of Trump when I read it back when it was released. I was encouraged to read this amazing business book and came away more disillusioned by businesspeople.

Hey everyone don't we just hate the fact that they had to put an advertisement on for their app. Why it's enough to make me change the channel. In fact if you just wait for the red bar to slide over the fourth icon from the right and it that's time to turn the channel so you don't have to be abused by the app add screaming at you and the increased volume
I noticed that too and commented on it. The high volume and the hi-pressure of that ad for the app is a real turn off.
