- What clothing should you pack for winter travel to Yukon? I just came back from a trip to Whitehorse, Yukon and it was -30 degrees Celsius plus windchill! This is what I packed and it worked for me!

The tip about sunscreen and sunglasses is so good. I went on a helicopter ride once when I went to Alaska and forgotten them. Damn, my eyes was shot within minutes. And I had to cover my eyes the rest of the way cause everything was turning pink. Yikes~
Oh my gosh yeah that’s scary. Too long and you can get snow blindness :O

Do not bring a metal water bottle to the Yukon
Since you rented your clothes, how was it getting to the hotel or to the store before you had the really warm clothes? I also live in Vancouver and was of thinking of how it would be getting there and coming back to the airport when I don't have the rental clothes anymore, because I don't have very good winter clothes lol
We just wore the warmest jackets that we had and then we actually got a ride from our airbnb host from the airport straight to the airbnb, so there wasn’t really any time spent outside!
