The Ledge is beautiful, I will give you that. But in every other category - comfort, ease of use, functionality, and price (about half) the Tenjam blows Ledge out of the water! Pun intended.
Thanks for the review, but imo, Tenjam is much easier to get in and out of, has arm rests, is more ergonomic (upright and where it hits in knee), much easier to clean (do a video on cleaning the Ledge Lounger, which will confirm my comment), has a drain hole in middle and less costly...so say what you want about style, but functionality and ease of maintaince, Tenjam for the win!

If you want sleek styling, get either one of the Ledge chairs. If you want comfort, get the Tenjam. Ledge are miserably uncomfortable.
