    Thanks for the review, I'm on the process of building my own looping board and just found this handy device. Got lots of good insight from your video, thank you!

    Hey @Tuowinen, great video! I noticed your looper wasn't running through the Roland SPD. Do you know if there is a way to connect the 2, where the looper would record the Roland?

    Thanks bud, I just bought one. Looking forward to using it during solo gigs.

    Just ordered this! Thanks for the demo. Currently looking into a mat or something to put under it to prevent sliding.

      Awesome! I'm still using this, but yes the sliding is annoying, you can also try some double sided stickers from different sorts.

      @@GuitarSongsMasters how did you get the blues sound on the harmonica at the beginning? Great review!

    I use two of them. They are great and reliable.

      Thanks Marco, two as in the SPD and what's the 2nd one?

      @@GuitarSongsMasters No i use one for 'kick' and the other for 'snare'. So basically i am able to create a drum-like sound. But you will have to sit down in order to be able to operate both of them at the same time using your feet.

    For me, its between this or the Wazinator. Only reason I haven't purchased the Waz yet is because it costs more than the Roland and for only 1 sound. That being said, the fact that you can stand on it seems so much more comfortable to me.

      Just one sound sounds very limited. I actually constantly switch sounds depending on the mood of the song

    Hi there! Thanks for sharing this video! I also would like to try the kick pedal with my Roland cube EX. Can you explain in detail how you connect the loop pedal + the kick + the mic and the guitar to you amplifier? Thanks a million!

    • @GuitarSongsMasters
      @GuitarSongsMasters  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      If you would also want to use the mic so you would need a simple cable splitter (the one that goes for ~5$) but it would lower the volume a bit, this is also why sometimes I do it when I'm not singing...

    As it relates to being tiring....I've seen someone who put this in before their looper....so once the recorded the kick sounds into the looper, they no longer needed to tap the pedal.

    Well done man, The wasterside views though. 😂😂
    The unit is much bigger than I thought, makes the price more understandable I suppose.

    Can I use it like a regular pedal and connect it in between pedals with a patch cable and use it with a guitar in only one guitar amp?

  • @coehorst1

    Nice review!! It's a shame there is no snare. I would like to see a pedal that can do kick/ snare

    • @GuitarSongsMasters
      @GuitarSongsMasters  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Jasper Coehorst it actually does have a great snare, somewhere around the last sounds.

      @@GuitarSongsMasters I mean to bad you can't do a kick snare without changing the setting.

    Good review. But I usually prefer to tap my heel when I play guitar. Did you try using your heel sometimes, and how did it go? Thanks.

    Volume seriously UP would be much more impressed with this demo. As it is, it sounds a bit weedy - not great motivation to buy.
