@whatmeanstobestrong Both? Ippo is the perfect person to have to prepare for Sendo. Similar power, high level infighting skills, and he knows Sendo's style better than anyone. He is the only one to ever beat him, and he did it twice. That being said, Ippo may see or notice something that will help Sendo out. I actually predict that Ippo will get a legit knock down on Ricardo during the spar, and that will trigger Ricardo's pride and cause him to call out Ippo after he defeats Sendo. That is my theory anyway. This chapter was a great step towards getting the ball rolling in that direction. Hopefully they won't get Itagaki in too much trouble for filming without permission. I think that by the time he started filming that they had stopped using the fight strategy and were just brawling. So Mashiba's strategy should still be secret. If anything, it should make Mashiba look like he is training like a monster and hype the fight.

Itagaki never video'd the Part where Mashiba Extends his Leg and tightens his Stance(Literally the Plan) so i doubt Itagaki exposed Mashiba's counter for Rosario but he did just show Ippo going toe to toe with Mashiba in a Brawl so maybe that would should Ippo's toughness as well as mashiba's
