Birth certificate is required if you have Punjab domicile but your study is outside Punjab. If this the case ,they will definitely demand birth certificate.

yesterday I reported to GDC,Patiala they said once your allotment letter will be out WhatsApp us and we will send you admission slip+roll no. rest they have collected & verified my documents 😊
