Lo que sucede es que en español “hijos” (sons) es para niñas y niños, creo que fue un error de traducción. Quiso decir “children” pero lo dijo como si estuviese hablando en español (hijos), que sería ¿cuántos hijos tuvieron? (Eso incluye hijos e hijas). Estaba pensando en español.

Her language is Spanish. Probably she meant “children”, but she said “sons”. In Spanish “sons” is “hijos”, and “hijos” means sons and daughters (both) except when they are all girls then is “hijas”. She translated from Spanish. Chill, is a “Latino” channel and it was only a language mistake.
