Well, I don't have XboxX, but as I understand - no, unfortunately, you can't. XboxX USB ports are 5Gbps. There are only 2 options for playing optimized games 1. internal SSD; 2. expansion card www.seagate.com/gb/en/products/gaming-drives/xbox-gaming/storage-expansion-for-xbox-series-x/ All USB SSDs are for backups or for playing non-optimized games.
Debating whether i should buy the samsung ssd t7 rugged one or this... i just got traumatized by Seagate's awful HDD.... i know samsung's is pricey but better performance and i know this is good and more affordable. Im just not sure both have longevity. And i can only pay this in installments so i have to make sure the one i pick is worth it considering the interests i have to pay for
BEWARE: My work gave me a brand new Transcend portable SSD and it lasted about a month. Once it got to 50%-75% full, it just stopped playing ball. Constantly hangs and would crash my computer. It is my work HD and I almost lost all of my files as a result. It has one job, and it failed at it in record time. Be warned.
Thank you for sharing. Shit happens. Keeping important data in one place is a bad idea. As for your job choice of the Transcend brand, I would choose Samsung over Transcend for important work. Subscribe, thank you.
Mine as well is ACS-2 | ATA8-ACS version 4c Why do you think that it's fake? ESD370 has pcb with plugged ordinary m.2 nvme ssd, ESD380 has memory chips soldered directly to pcb. I think that's why it's the difference. And it's recognized by official software correctly. Subscribe, thanks.

Will this work on the series X and be able to play the optimized games?

Help I have the same thing but when I plug it in it won’t show a blue light and it makes these beep sounds 😢
Did you tried on a different usb port or on different pc?
Subscribe, thanks.
Maybe idk it has this other cable attached to it
And I tried it on my laptop
Does this work on Smart-Tv or do i need a Ugreen USB extension to make Work?
Probably, it depends on your TV. Tried with my 10 year old LG smart TV and it works.

Transcend is faster than T7, equivalent to ESD380C would be T9. If reliability is the key, I would choose Samsung.

That feeling when ssd in pc have less storage space than portable drive xd
:) at the moment ssd's are dirty cheap, it's good time to buy one...
absolutely stupid that apple and other manufacturers don't offer cheaper and greater capacities for their internal storage!
This or the stick version?
If size is not an issue, then this one.

This one or samsung t7 shield?
For speed this one, for reliability samsung t7.
If you need all in one - samsung t9.
Subscribe, thanks.
Will it reach its max 2000 mbps speed on thunderbolt 4 port?
No, as Thunderbolt 4 supports only (USB 3.2 Gen 2) and not the USB 3.2 Gen 2x2. It will operate at 10gbps. Subscribe, thanks.
Watch Out For Fake SSD's. I Bought ESD370C and It Had (NVM Express 1.4) and Other ESD380C Had (ACS-2 | ATA8-ACS version 4c) As Standard 👍

@@MindaugasJocionis Yeah But NVM is Just Better 💁♂So They Put Worse Memory Chips InTo Expensive ,,Newer Version".
BTW 370C Has Better Chip Than My Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus (NVM Express 1.3) 🤣
