Hi Rick, when is the full meaning of "Control Reported" for the cis control framework online tool? Is this referring to the client reporting the need to have this control or safeguard in place?
Gartner has a new category tools like this called "CAASM," or Cyber Asset Attack Surface Management. You can find examples of those tools, but those that specifically do the "crowd sourcing" like I mention include Axonius, Panaseer, and ARMIS. Though, there might be others that came out more recently.

Your second definition is correct, it's about presence of control being in place.
