I’m a new subscriber who just ran across your channel. Even though I’m from Alabama ,I’m glad you’re showing that there is more to our rural towns than run down home & building. That there is also homes and land that is beautiful/ kept. And even though there are areas in ruins, that also occur in big city as well. Some YTubers just show the ugly sides of our southern cities instead of both sides of the spectrum. There are beautiful rural places filled with lots of trees, greenery/ land,beautiful homes,a quiet & calming atmosphere filled with the songs of birds and enchanting wild life. Thank you🙌🏾
Ive lived here my whole life but so much has changed . I'm now 10 years old and it's so different ! The park has changed, Freds changed to Dollar general, the theater is gone, the museum is down, theres a new gas station and restaurant, and so much more ! Most people might know my great uncle Dewey. His nickname is porkchop !
I’m originally from here but moved to Philadelphia MS and I’m miss this town grew up here until I was seven and always love it and I’m sad that it is not looking as populated and run like it use too
