My XR broke so I got an 11 trying to sign into my account that was on the XR to the 11. However, everything I try to recover my account on it requires me to have my old number.
I had a similar problem with my old iPhone battery exploded and couldn't be restored and now I can't get a verification code to transfer the data to a new device.
Y’all the problem is from your network , connect to a strong network it will work .Had same problem but got fixed when I connect to a strong Wi-Fi ..Thank me later
Hello so here’s the thing,i’ve restarted my iphone X and i do know what my email and pass is the problem is that the number that is saved in it is not able to receive a verification code because it’s already off like literally not working so how am i supposed to sign in again without any numbers or verification code
@@andreaspellman9307 honestly, shit is so dumb, I hit apple up and asked them if they could change the number (which I know they can) but they insisted that they couldn’t and that for me to sign in to my Apple ID I NEED my old phone number. Next thing ima do is go to the actual store and ask
If you have another device and sign in to a same Apple ID, you just need to go to Settings and tap your name, and tap Password & Security and select Get Verification Code. :)

When I try to change it shows that cannot verify number but the number I have given recieves the code 😢

I’m also not able to change the number because i’m not signed it yet in order to sign in u have to enter the freaking code😂

For me the code is coming but it says that the phone number isn’t verified

apple id verification code sent a message to my old number that cannot be use anymore, so how can i get it back?

Hi! If you remember the Apple ID password, you just need to enter the right password to erase your iPad. :)
