They couldn't balance some flat true damage on Rek'sai (a melee champion) when it only worked with fully charged fury bar? But vayne (Ranged champion that can turn invisible more times than R evolved kha'zix) can still do % max hp true damage from a 2nd passive with no cost or no cooldown? Huh?

The funny thing is... crit rek sai actually bursts harder than most people imagine, it's actually busted if you manage to engage someone. Hail of blades + Q after a knockup and you pretty much hit for 3k/4k damage if all hits are crits, then comes the E and the R if they SOMEHOW survived. The only downside is being squishy but well... it certainly is an effective assassin that can burst even tanks.
I don't know if anyone's ever told you this before, but your voice sound's VERY similar to Hiccup's from How to Train Your Dragon (Jay Baruchel). It's insane

Crithality rek sai does still work, you can play in toplane with Hob going collector first, it works quite well vs ranged champs.
