Every unit that uses the same animation rig as harry can preform this animation. So all chaos dudes with axes/hammer and shield. It is beyond me why the ability causes them to do an animation. My theory is: The ability was at some point supposed to make the elemental perform an animation. So it has the field of "windup_animation" set to the generic "weapon_slam" value which just so happens to be the same ID the chaos warrior rig uses for the harry animation. But since the ability doesn't affect self, and affects only enemies, it actually also afflicts the windup animation on enemies only, which in turn causes the enemies to play their respective windup-slam animations, which then procs the harry animation for chaos dudes I'll double check if that's the case when I get some free time to use the modding tools
ok figured it out and fixed it. the howl of the beast ability incorrectly triggers an animation slot called "rebirth" so technically you could trigger this with anyunit that uses the rebirth animation slot (works with ghoritch, phoenixes, saytang, celestial lord, ROR nurgle giant, doomseekers, chaos axe and shield units)
Does it work with shielded and axe Chosen? Or Chaos Warriors/Chosen that use shield and sword? And does it work when you pick a Chaos God faction instead of WoC?
Just did some tests myself on current patch vanilla, works for WoC basic marauders and warriors, not the marked or two handed variants. Works on Norsca marauders and marauder champions as well as RoR of those units. Put a unit of ungor spears right in the middle and can confirm it does no damage friendly or otherwise.
I suppose this is the spaghetti code. I do wonder if that counts as a attack animation that helps units to take down beast faster and if there are other abilities that trigger that.

just played a CW campaign, and that is 100% Hammerstrorm's stomp ability.
also, i am guessing the game is simply using a wrong animation reference, and instead of doing a staggered animation, it uses Harry's
