Coming from a used to be overweight person. I spent 10x the amount of time contemplating dieting before going for it. Getting in a small caloric deficit is really easy and tbh (it doesn’t matter what you eat) just stay in the deficit and scientifically, you will lose weight. You got this, we are all rooting for you.

A genuin tip, try to eat cleaner foods. Literally just that, just cook food at home and try to use alternatives to other stuff, and if you have binging problems don’t restrict, try to build habits and not think about it as just a thing to get healthier, yes we wanna be healthy but also stay healthy, this will take time and remember that people support you! Many of us grew up with televison as a babysitter as video games even then were not as popular and mainstream as they have become. I remmeber back when "nerds" played video games. Disney was really popular. As you grow older you feel a need to have nostaglia because it reminds you of a simpler time when things were pure and happy. Thats why they are obsessed with it. It may be a "kids" place but the sentiment those people hold to disney runs deeper than that. Also ive never been to disney i just grew up in that time so.
At the end of the day, you're a kind person, i like the fact that yes, you roast them, but you also always give them some alternatives to live a better life
Honestly, I like they did reviews in if people could fit in the rides. It's probably really helpful for some. If people were trying to lose weight, it wouldn't happen overnight if you're doing it to keep it off without gastric bypass, so this seems harmless to let people know if they fit on the ride so people can avoid awkward social situations.
I think it’s a good idea for the plus size ladies to showcase their travels. It empowers and informs other plus size women who may be hesitant to travel and enjoy themselves due to their size.

Things seemed a little more magical because we didnt have access to all the awful going around and desensitized from seeing terrible videos online. Many of us grew up with televison as a babysitter as video games even then were not as popular and mainstream as they have become. I remmeber back when "nerds" played video games. Disney was really popular. As you grow older you feel a need to have nostaglia because it reminds you of a simpler time when things were pure and happy. Thats why they are obsessed with it. It may be a "kids" place but the sentiment those people hold to disney runs deeper than that. Also ive never been to disney i just grew up in that time so.

Honestly, I like they did reviews in if people could fit in the rides. It's probably really helpful for some. If people were trying to lose weight, it wouldn't happen overnight if you're doing it to keep it off without gastric bypass, so this seems harmless to let people know if they fit on the ride so people can avoid awkward social situations.
I think it’s a good idea for the plus size ladies to showcase their travels. It empowers and informs other plus size women who may be hesitant to travel and enjoy themselves due to their size.
