Altamont Corridor Express 3305 Train #02 North - McKinley Ave. Double Railroad Crossing, Lathrop CA

(Filmed February 5, 2025) After my failed attempt to catch the LRS51 local, I came here to the McKinley Avenue double crossing in Lathrop to catch ACE #02. You can see that some of the cab cars are still in their original livery. It’s only a matter of time before they get repainted into the current one. This was my final catch of the day. This crossing owned by Union Pacific is a mixed install with the cantilevers themselves being an SP 1970s install with changes to its bells, lights and some light heads. The gated masts are a mixed install with the close right one being a UP early 2020s install. The left one is an SP 1970s install with its gate, gate lights and base changed. The far-right gated mast is a UP late 2000s install installed as a replacement in the early 2010s and the far left one is an SP 1970s install with changes to its gate and gate lights.
