That’s great bro. October 2020 I was 250 and one day I finally said to myself I can’t live like this anymore and as of today I’m 200 pounds flat ( I’m 6’3 ). And I’m in the best shape of my life. Like you said. Investing in your body is the #1 thing u can do. You only get 1 body so make the most of it!

I used to be 327lbs at 6’1’ when graduating high school. Rn I’m down to 185 at 6’3. Crazy to see the difference, couldn’t imagine how it would feel

@@thafinessekid7879 Caloric deficit. Eat 400-500 calories less than your caloric maintenance. Find that here: tdeecalculator.net Track your calories every day, I recommend putting sedentary on that website and subtracting calories you burn from specific exercises everyday. Make sure you’re doing strength training and heavy lifting. Cardio is not as important but still very useless. Just do that and you will see results, it’s the only real way. Dont cut too many calories, don’t eat less than 80% of your maintenance calories cause then you’ll start losing muscle and not fat. Muscle is important cause it increases your metabolism so you’re able to eat more to maintain your weight. Good luck, worked for me.

My tips that I’ve picked up along the way is drink a lot of water, never try to cut corners to get there faster cause I promise you bro it never works and ends up hurting you. And also try loving ya self no matter where ur at cause that positive attitude is gonna help you in ur journey

Honestly man I only hopped on the AMP train a few weeks ago and I just saw the 2021 Agent and didn’t even know you were fat a couple years ago. It’s pretty damn amazing how much you really slimmed down. Not to mention the clothing hid some of the weight lol
