Hi, nice video for this nice synth! I have a SY1 with after touch problems, not responding to changes on touch, have you ever had similar problems or just do you know how could I solve them? thank you very much! wish you an happy new year!
the sh1000 has incredible filter --- but is really not that flexible -- a little toylike perhaps the minikorg - superb vintage fat sound ---lots of possibiliities -- great for bass ---great for solos the sy-1 --- might be the best ---amazing filter that just has the 'bladerunner sound' incredible leads - and has a sub oscillator - and kind of sounds ancient
always the same questions - "which one is the best" can't hear it anymore. There IS NO BEST SYNTH, they sound different and depending on the music style or taste one can love one more than the other. The next muscian has a different opinion. And the next another one...
yo utiliso vsts con la lap y tengo vrios y son de sintes de los 80s como los yamaha pero no he encontrado el vst del yamaha sy1 o el 2 pero tengo todos los sonidos pero no encuentro ese efecto o mejor dicho nose cual es y disparo los stand_alond con un controlador midi me gustaria que me ayudaran grasias
disculpen todos como se yama el efecto que utilisan en el minuto 8.10 que es por el que le yaman wewa claro se lo pueden poner a cualquier sonido grasias y tambien lo utilisan en el minuto 3:00

same with mine. Every thing works, just the aftertouch is fucked.

@@johnvalencia9927you may start testing the light sensor. The aftertouch of the SY is kind of optical.
