Sikyong Penpa Tsering called on His Holiness the Dalai Lama at his residence to brief about 16th Kashag’s two and half years in office yesterday. While speaking to VOT recently about his work, Sikyong Penpa Tsering asserted his commitment to pursue dialogue with PRC while pushing international advocacy and talked about his flagship program of repopulating the dispersing Tibetan communities in exile among others.
