I have the same meter, 35 years old. I still use it for home electrical works, although I also have another digital multimeter mainly for automobile works. Just found this video today, opened it to check the 2 batteries, they are still good with 15.5v, no leak. It is the Mallory battery (now became Duracell). They represent high quality Japanese craftmanship back in the 1980's. 👍
I see the same behavior on my Sanwa EM7000 which is new. It is always a little low on voltage measurements. I would like to calibrate it somehow and fix this.
Plz work on old Arduino bms project and also provide your social media links also update schematics so we could see how you added those navigation buttons for user interface
