@@CloudJumper101 Ugh, after checking all of zoom i came to the realization there is no setting for that. I apologize for the misinformation... But! i found this guide, it might help you with your issue: www.guidingtech.com/fix-zoom-profile-picture-not-showing-in-meeting/
Basically, are you signed in with zoom in the app? If you just put a name and enter it wont show a profile pic.

@Liana Amor Vega I appreciate the response. I signed in with my email. I went to profile. I already have my picture in my profile. The problem is that when I get in a live zoom meeting it doesn't come up. I turn off video and nothing but my name appears.

Lizz maybe you need to download the app if you have a MacBook 💻 and if you already have the app, try updating it. By the way, to access the app spotlight search ‘AppStore’ and it will come. Then you just have to search zoom in the search bar.
