Here's a strategy plan i like to do, blizzy is long range and sandy is short range, so keep your distance from sandy,but get as close as possible to blizzy,thus making it easier to defeat this dastardly duo.

To me, I feel like this battle is kind of close to impossible to beat because you only have to use your powers once, THESE ASSHOLES CAN DO WHATEVER THEY WANT!!!! I did everything I can do, but it's not working out, Please help!!

See, if you had activated hero sight on 5:20 you've actually killed sandy since Luigi would have shot him while bouncing.
you can't activate an ability in an enemy's turn
Hero's Sight fires at moving enemies. Its how to attack during an enemies turn. Plus it was the Heroes turn.
I'm currently on this boss fight in this video game.
I had some trouble with these two. But I was able to take them out with only Mario alive cause I got lucky.
