Someone didn't know when to quit building. The whole separate entrance with steps leading up to the existing kitchen?? I get that it's separate living quarters but that's a huge expense on a separate entrance and no kitchen for the guests quarters.
This house is mind-blowing! my only question is...is there a connecting door between the main house and the garage/upstairs guest loft? Love that separate dining room/bar with the restaurant seating in front of it. I was thinking there should be a powder room attached to that so that you don't have to go back into the main house. Also love the dining area in the front of the house (looks like a restaurant) and the balcony up front.Seems like there is privacy there so you can enjoy your company without people staring at you.LOL.

If I could take one part "back to the studs", it'd be the nanny quarters as it looks like there was never a plan to put a bed in there at all - the bed seems to be just dropped in the middle of nowhere (like it used to be a pool table or something.) I'm gonna say with the quality of the build and the location: $1.5 - $2 million.

The place looks like a party mansion, not to be taken seriously. Too many entertainment and lounging areas. I'm expecting Hugh Hefner to pop out from one of the rooms wearing his smoking jacket and fur slippers.
The landscaping is stunning! The inside however... It's confusing, disjointed and makes no sense. From the outside this house looks huge! Once inside the rooms are cramped and poorly decorated. What a waste!
