@@alexaraye I have a little advice to give you that I believe that is very important. If you feel tired from reading, I think that it's also important to do exercise. A way to exercise can be walking or stretching which you can do anywhere. I think that it is another way to take a break and deal with reading exhaustion. Besides, it's not healthy to sit daily for a long period of time because it could lead to numerous health problems.
I really have to do this because this summer I’ve been on my phone a lot- I got into a slump so my screen time is really high and I’ll have to do this to get some reading done!! (EDIT!!! Stop I literally went to check and I had 8h yesterday, 5/6h this Tuesday and 4h today, I hate reading slumps sm)

How do you read for such long periods of time? Even if I’m enjoying a book so much, my brain like stops functioning.
I usually have a to take little breaks in between! Get up & move around - it’s hard to stay in one spot/stay still for such a long time ! 😂
