วันนี้พาไปทำความรู้จักกับอาหารหลายๆอย่างที่ตลาด และเดินกินสตรีทฟู้ดทในกรุงมะนิลากันครับ ถ้าพูดถึงอาหารฟิลิปปินส์เพื่อนๆจะนึกถึงอะไรเป็นอย่างแรก ส่วนตัวผมมีเมนูหนึ่งที่อยากลองมากๆ นั่นก็คือ บาลอท (Balot) หรือไข่ข้าวบ้านเรานั่นเอง

it’s amazing how people in the Philippines even street vendors can speak English really well
It's because United States colonized Philippines for 50years and integrated English in the schools' curriculum.
@@bitcoinboy8069 That was true unlike spain who failed to implement their language to us, the US was able to teach their language to filipinos since they open public schools.
@@larryjones4760 before USA , filipinos were speaking spanish, alot of tagalog words sound like spanish. It was just replaced with English when USA took over.

Its actually okay not to hide your feelings while eating balut. Filipinos are used to see foreigners with intense reactions. Some are screaming, crying or even on the verge of vomiting.
ASEANs can blend with other southeast Asian nations pretty well. We almost have similar features.

i'm from vancouver and i love balut. i eat so much of that when i visit the philippines. always looking for it when i'm drunk. they say you could get high blood pressure but maybe that's a lie. i drink and eat at least 2 balut everyday for a month, then i got sick and had my blood checked. and pressure was good, and cholestorol was good too :D

Most of the Philippine food are kinda salty because they are made to be eaten with rice. I'm amazed you tried a lot of different foods especially balut. 👏👏Lol, you said when you eat it, you don't want to look at it. I'll give you a tip, if you want to eat balut, eat it during at night with little to no streetlight. That way you won't be able to see what it looks like. But of course during first times, you'll be curious and want to see what it looks like. So I hope you enjoyed :)

If you want sour vinegar, you have to travel to Visayas(middle part of Philippines). They make very acidic vinegar, it can cook raw fish. 😅

One thing that I sort of love with fellow southeast asians is that they seem really brave to try out new foods. I really admire that, it also shows respect and appreciation for the foreign culture. Bec I myself am a picky eater and im thinking if I'll be the one to travel to thailand or other neighbor country, it might take me minutes to decide if I'll try something or not. Something I still have to work on!

ยินดีต้อนรับสู่ฟิลิปปินส์ ! You will notice food in Philippines will taste different in different islands. Lechon is Cebu's specialty and they use more herbs and spices than Manila. Sisig is from Pampanga and best when served hot with chillies in a sizzling plate. Hope you also come to Bacolod City where there are a lot of delicious food. Have a safe travel and enjoy! 😀❤

ร้านสตรีทฟู้เขาใช้ถุงสวมถ้วยมาเลย ถือว่าฉลาดมากเพราะเขา+ค่าถุงเข้าไปกับค่าอาหารเลย และไม่ต้องจ้างเด็กล้างจาน ไม่ต้องเปลืองค่าน้ำยาล้างจาน ประหยัดค่าน้ำ พอลูกค้ากินเสร็จก็แค่ถอดถุงทิ้งก็พร้อมเสิร์ฟคนต่อไปได้ทันที เป็นไอเดียที่ดีมาก👍🏻

คนที่กินบ่อยๆ จะเป็นเรื่องธรรมดา และเที่ยวฟิลิปปินส์ไม่ควรไปแบบ back packer เดินทางลำบากจริงๆ
ถ้าคุณไปกับคนท้องถิ่น ชีวิตคุณจะดีกว่านี้ เดินทางมั่วๆแล้ว ไปเจออะไรแบบนี้ ก็เหนื่อยธรรมดา
ไม่ใช่ไปว่าในสิ่งที่เขาเป็น ก็น่าจะช่วยการท่องเที่ยวเขาด้วย อาจจะ บริการไม่ดี ไม่ค่อยสะอาด อาหารไม่อร่อย
เพราะคนฟิลิปปินส์ ไม่ค่อยมีทางเลือกกับชีวิตเขามากหลก รายได้ต่ำ คนไม่มีงานเยอะ ทุกคนต้องเอาตัวรอด
ต้องช่วยแนะนำ ส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวสิ ถึงจะถูก รีวิวออกมาแบบนี้ พี่ก็ไม่อยากไปหลก ประเทศนี้

I’m new to your channel and I love your bravery and honesty. I was laughing together with the “ate’s” (sister’s) who were selling balut when you tried it. Best way to eat balut is drink the balut sauce first then put salt and vinegar then pop all of it in your mouth so you don’t see the duck egg looking right back at you if you eat it in two or three bites hahaha good job! 5:16. The original sisig is here in Pampanga, "The Aling Lucing Sisig." There's no mayonnaise. Maybe 2-3 hours of travel from Manila. In fact, our province is called the culinary capital of the Philippines, and a lot of food must be tried.
