First off, my AU isn't cannon.
Second, Michael does regret k****ng C.C and he does not bully him. He just struggles with calling him C.C instead of crybaby since he said it so much in the past.
And C.C hates Michael. Michael made fun of him because he couldn't speak English (he was born speaking German), and scared him with the masks, AND because he was a crybaby.
