So write in a c note and then a d to trigger at the same time on the same sub bass Also try a gap between notes so a c and e as sure depending on what notes you use to how it reacts...
You're right. The wobbly effect can also be achieved by layering two notes. In this video we use the 'unison in mono' technique which is essentially layering two different notes: you can set the distance between the two notes however you want and also the pitch range in the unison tab, this technique allows you to be more precise than using the piano roll because you have access to all the pitches in between notes that you wouldn't have if you were to use the piano roll and that's why we showed this technique instead of using two notes
It sounds to me like the original uses E and A instead of D# and G# and that would make your bass 1 semi too low (or, my mind is playing tricks on me today lol). Either way, top notch video as always! 🙌
