Brutal, just brutal. What game mode would you suggest me to play in order to learn a bit of sniping? Rush and tdms I guess? Conquests could get boring easily I guess.
If you want to learn aggressive/mid range sniping, definitely rush! Conquest is good for learning bullet drop over long ranges

What kind of setup (i.e. scope etc.) do you use for aggressive sniping in BF4 with the Scout?
Pretty simple; just ACOG, green laser and straight pull

Ya every sniper, except the 338 Recon, is capable of one shotting to the chest out to a certain range. You can prevent that by using the defensive perk which reduces incoming damage to the chest.

Does the D. Eagle 1 shot kill because you killed 3 of those guys running up that staircase to the chest with 1 shot?
If you're talking about the clip in the beginning, there were 4 total deagle kills on the stairs. 3 of them were less than 50 hp, and the 4th one was a headshot. The deagle does just over 50 damage to the chest at close range, and then one shots to the head.

How are you able to get one shot kills without headshots?
A lot of people still don't know this, but you do 100 damage to the chest at close range with all the snipers in BF4. If the opponent is running the defensive perk however it will only do 93 damage

According to the chart, looks like around 10m or so. Again though this chart is really old so it could be slightly different
Why use the scout?
Mostly for the hip-fire accuracy, but I also like using unusual weapons. It's currently my most used weapon

Snipping in BF4 is probably the worst snipping expecience in the saga. Who had the damm idea of put less bullet velocity in snipers than in AR´s????? Snipers have at least 850m/s bullet velocity irl and in other games and the fastest bullet in the game is AUG A3 with 650m/s aprox
