Tesla Cybertruck First Drive: Love it or Hate It?

The Tesla Cybertruck is undeniably innovative, but it's not perfect. It's a love-hate kind of thing, but definitely worth a test drive! Tom Flitton finally gets his hands on the new electric truck and brings his perspective to what life might look like driving a piece of abstract art.

The steering wheel is a squircle (square circle) and it uses steer-by-wire which takes some getting used to.
The acceleration is not the fastest but still quicker than the F-150 Lightning.
The regenerative braking is more aggressive than other EVs but Tom likes it.
The user interface on the center touchscreen is helpful and displays things like navigation, traffic lights and nearby objects.
The ride quality is good and Tom could see himself using this truck for hauling stuff.
The exterior stainless steel panels are rough and Tom bumped his shoulder on them.
