    Thanks Kip. The shortest but the most useful video for connecting a reverse camera to a Freelander 2. There are some other comprehensive videos how to remove the rear panels which is useful as well. But in such a short video you covered the most critical parts.

    Sorry for the shaky camera! Also, please keep in mind this is an AFTER MARKET head unit, with an RCA camera input.

    How did you connect the wires. You didn't show how you did any of the things you talked about

    Is there a port to plug into on the back of the Nav screen or do I have to splice it? Also, I'm assuming that the back up feed comes on the screen as soon as the car is in reverse and then returns to the default screen when in a different gear.

      It is an aftermarket nav unit with RCA input for video. I have no idea about the stock one.

      Sorry, I don't. Get yourself a multimeter, it's pretty easy to sort.

    Hi Kip. How did you connect to the back of the head unit? Did you have to adapt the rca video cable?

    • @kiphaynes
      @kiphaynes 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes i.think so. I also extended the video cable

      I think I had to chop it and extend it but yes it was an RCA input to the head unit.
