Right on point! Most college kids either just fill their summer with leisure activities or work solely for money to party more. Rather, make time for Daily Mass as well as Sunday Mass. Add Adoration as often as possible and dare I say...maybe hit confession a few times during the summer. Happy SACRED HEART MONTH!

Nathalie, I really admire your religious devotion. For your daily Mass attendance on Wednesday, it's a good thing that you're Catholic because we Protestants are kind of slackers in this regard and we only have church services on Saturdays and Sundays.

Very good that you can touch on this matter. Young people need this sort of encouragement.

I love your videos! What you say and teach is awesome. And I think it’s good for young people to have another young person like you saying these things to them.
Your advice for a Catholic Summer is very good, and I am going to try it out!

I'd like to add one more activity! Volunteering for charitable work. I noticed, at least in my area, that we have more volunteers in the winter when we realise not everyone may have clothes and food for the cold weather. But in the summer we can also volunteer to help people (especially the elderly) and animals in areas with heatwaves which seem to be getting worse every year. Many people have lost their homes due to the wildfires last year 💔 What better activity than helping your community 😊

Unfortunately I don't think that many Catholics do enough volunteering. Why is that? This gets us to not really know what is needed in our local communities. I'd go as far as saying that we Catholics should be "experts" at charity, so that we are better at knowing and ministering the needs of those who are in need.

      Like a "pilgrimage"...a journey.
How far do you plan to go?
Where is the Kingdom? Within. Is it not?
Jesus did not plan on starting a religion. I hope you know that.
I have good news...and not-so-good news. The good news?
Jesus isn't dead. The not-so-good news? The Pope knows it.
Is he going to tell anyone? No. Are you joking? Jesus? Alive?
The Church hides stuff. They have vast archives of "stuff".
They collect manuscripts, old parchments, hand-written "stuff".
And the people at the top of the Vatican food chain hide it all.
Why? Because if you knew what they were hiding, you'd be upset.
In fact, they burned up most of the evidence back in the Crusades.
They were fighting the Muslim Empire. They were fighting a book.
A book that has been circulated, like the Bible, around the globe.
A book that the Church hopes you'll never take the time to read.
Jesus Christ is in that book.
So is the Virgin Mary. John the Baptist.
In fact, all your Biblical "favorites" are in that book.
      Adam, Eve, Abel, Cain,
      Noah, Abraham, Moses...you know..."those guys".
The Muslims recite that book daily. I don't. I read it.
I have no time to recite a book. I read books.
      I'll cut to the chase.
It's over. The Pope ran out of road.
Some people know way too much.
      Jesus is returning. SOON.
      The Church should've come clean.
They KNEW all along. They LIED.
      Now...
      ...it's too late.
      You should know.
      A lukewarm church is useless.
      vaya con Dios.

Greetings , Nathalie from Dublin, Ireland.
Well...I am really inspired by your uplifting advice recommending a classical Catholic Lifestyle: Holy Mass on a day apart from Sunday, Regular Confession and Spiritual Reading. When our Blessed Lord sees this, he gives many graces through our Lady, Mediatrix of all graces.
On the subject of Spiritual Reading, could I recommend the best book I have ever read on the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass? It is called 'The Incredible Catholic Mass ' by Fr. Martin von Cochem and is available from TAN publications, USA. It is pitched at the level of the Ordinary lay Catholic.
It is breathtakingly beautiful, to hear a female Roman Catholic advising Women to embrace their femininity and to dress modestly. I have no doubt our blessed Lady will look after you for this.
Gentlemen: NO excuses, you can go to an extra Mass, go to confession regularly and do some Spiritual Reading!

Practical filming tip: lower your tripod like 3 inches so your camera is level with your eyes. That's all, great video!

Thank you for the tips! But don’t you need much dedication to get through a Catholic summer alone? I go on vacation with my Catholic friends, we rent an apartment in the Swiss alps and go hiking and pray together and I go on vacation to Lithuania with my youth parish. I think it’s very important to have people to share your faith with :)
