Hi Bob. I have an old manual roller shutter. Recently the universal joint which operated with long handle for rolling up and down is broken. The joint combined with a rectangle steel plate installed just on the top wall inside with 4 screw fixed. Is it possible I can disassemble this joint to replace a new joint? Thanks

Surely this is the most critical thing for a DYI person to know and understand.I see it being the most difficult part of my install and what items I may need to do it correctly.***
