Jordan Stallion of the fast-food secrets club. He got it from Dan Kudrow who is the Head Chef at McDonald's. Here's the real ingredients on how to make Big Mac sauce. im gonna try it, im guessing its better than my 4 part attempt, but on mcdonalds website it shows the actual ingredients, Big Mac Sauce Ingredients: Soybean Oil, Sweet Relish (diced Pickles, Sugar, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Distilled Vinegar, Salt, Corn Syrup, Xanthan Gum, Calcium Chloride, Spice Extractives), Water, Egg Yolks, Distilled Vinegar, Spices, Onion Powder, Salt, Propylene Glycol Alginate, Garlic Powder, Vegetable Protein (hydrolyzed Corn, Soy And Wheat), Sugar, Caramel Color, Turmeric, Extractives Of Paprika, Soy Lecithin. Contains: Egg, Soy, Wheat.
This is very different than anything else i have seen but most other attempts call for either ketchup or french or 1000 island all of which have some tomato which the mac sauce does not so ill have to give it a shot thank you sir
Sounds about right! There is one single ingredient also not mentioned. Carroway seeds powder, best freshly ground. a tiny pinch, as much as the paprika powder. You'll see, that was what's missing the entire time. ^^ You're welcome.
@@X-boomer It also cannot hurt to put an egg yolk in the sauce on top of the mayonnaise. I think I could taste it out of the sauce as well? What do you think?
@@Kivas_Fajo there's nothing stopping you from doing that. But there will be nothing like that inside a Macdonald's. They will certainly prefer ingredients that have a decent shelf life and avoid ones that have to be thrown out after a couple of days. I've noticed even the eggs they put in the breakfast wrap don't even taste like real eggs any more, more like they're reconstituted from a dehydrate. I really don't think there is any egg in big Mac sauce. Even less likely that they make it from fresh hollandaise, which isn't particularly shelf stable.

The sauce indeed contains onion. I get a larf when customers ask for no onion due to allergies, but are magically ok with eating mac sauce.
They may not be allergic in the sense they might die, but in the sense it will make them perspire and smell awful.
It absolutely does not contain onion.
