People can actually play GTA, they just have to be 18 or older since it contains mature violence, profanity and gore that may not be suitable to everyone who is under the age of 18
I'm pretty sure violent games dont have to be for 18 year olds only. That depends of you can handle it. This is a petty reason to be grounded for. I saw kids my little bro's age and they can handle it better but however I will say the online tho. I've been seeing kids rage at video games when they know they're playing with adults and teens.
