Among all these, there are five fundamental forms namely Yogeshwara, Bhuteshwara, Kaleshwara, Sarveshwara and Shambho. This chant takes on a special relevance during #Mahashivratri2019, celebrated as one of the largest and most significant among the sacred festival nights of India. This - the darkest night of the year - celebrates the Grace of Shiva, who is considered the Adi Guru or the First Guru, from whom the yogic tradition originates.

@@arti7604 Not for everyone. One has to be in a certain kind of state... like eating in a particular way, staying in a particular way things like that. It is a very subtle practice. For a real immunity booster look for their drink (with ginger, honey, warm water, turmeric, black pepper). That also takes a lot of time. It is not an overnight process.
