I make my own soya yoghurt. It’s actually really easy to make and you can store it in glass. I boil two containers of soya milk then let it cool to 43C. Add in two tablespoons of already made soya yoghurt. Put a lid on the pot and set aside in a warm place over night. In the morning you’ll have yoghurt! If you want it thicker let it set for a few more hours.

@fizzier thank you for such a great video as always. I really appreciated the tips on take away cups and you’ve changed my perspective. I brought an our place pan which is toxin free - I also found it interesting you mentioned your kettle - what kettle are you going to be buying please ? As I too have a smeg and didn’t think of the plastic side. I have since Jan 1st done the upf free change and I’ve lost exactly one stone and feel amazing !! I really approached your tips about health and even the long car journey tip about squats - maybe you could even do a video about simple diet and lifestyle changes - thank you so much please let me know some good kettles to change to that are available in the United Kingdom xxx happy Wednesday xxx oh am I forgot to say if you do a trip to Mallorca I highly recommend an area called Cala san Vicente - hotel molins- it’s so peaceful and unspoilt and the food is beautiful !! You guys would love a trip there xx

With the midnight sun hiking the Mountain, walking the beautiful Beach, a place really Worth visiting is Andøya and Bleik, bleik having beautiful Beach, and also måtind, which is a beautiful hiking UP the Mountain with an wonderful view❤😊
