      @onewithgod8738 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      There’s nothing innovative about it, this decision is borne out of desperation and lies, what they tell people about goat farming on camera is not true, it’s not about raising those goats but selling them after you must have raised them that’s the biggest challenge, it’s very absurd that people don’t think deep this days because of their desperation to make money, if she has the market as she always claims she wouldn’t even have the time to keep someone else’s goats…think about it!

      Thanks so much for watching and for your insights.
      This arrangement came up due to demand from our viewers and is geared towards building a more sustainable supply chain that can assure quality.
      I understand that this arrangement may not seem ideal for everyone but it is born out of pure intention to uplift each other and grow together. How this works is that it enables people who are already interested in venturing into this but are not ready to fully execute and set up. It allows one to convert cash into a product that keeps multiplying each year at a rate incomparable to any interest rates. If I had personally had an opportunity to do this two years before I was ready to establish, I would have ceased it. Thank you for watching and for sharing your thoughts.

    Aire farms, this is great opportunity for us who are planning to start goat farming business. However, you need to clarify on how do you arrive at 40 goats after 3 years of investment? Or based on your experience how many kids are likely to be produced at the end of 3 years? Humbly waiting for your positive response.

    • @AireFarms
      @AireFarms  หลายเดือนก่อน

      When someone buys 10 goats and they leave them with us for three years, they receive one kid from each of the 10 goats every year and at the end of the 3 years, they would have received 30 kids plus the original 10 goats that they originally bought, which adds up to 40. The rest of the kids are kept by airefarms to cater for treatment, vaccination, payment of caretakers, management expenses, and as well as factoring in mortality rates.
      I hope that this gives some clarity. If not, please call me at 0743163943 for more clarification.

      This is how we both benefit. Let’s use an example of 10 goats for 3 years.
      1. The client buys 10. They get an additional 10 goats each year for 3 years. At the end of 3 years, they have 40 goats. They don’t pay workers, don’t buy drugs for their animals, don’t have to deal with mortality rates, no operating expenses etc.
      2. Me(AIRE Farms): I keep some of the remaining kids born each year. I take the full responsibility for any mortalities, I pay workers, feed them, buy drugs, vaccinate the animals etc etc. so those extra kids born each year support the running and maintenance. And at the end of it all, I may remain with a few as additional profit.

GOATS DIE SOMETIMES ALOT, THIEVES , ANY DISEASES , she Looses all her money, and has to pay you, The Thieves, diseases etc. If you feed your 10 goats and staff you will realise you have actually won BY SIMPLY BUYING A GUARANTEED INVESTENT .if you having to just buy the goats and do absolutely nothing at all, THERE IS NO BANK THAT WILL GIVE YOU THAT RATE OF RETURN IN 3 YEARS. THIS IS NOT EVEN AN EQUIVALENT OF BUYING STOCKS BECAUSE IN STOCKS YOU COULD WIN OR LOOSE, BUT THIS IS LIKE A GUARANTEED INVESTMENT, SHE IS TAKING A VERY VERY VERY VERY HUGE RISK THAT ACTUALLY HAS A LOW RETURN FOR HER,

    A goat gives birth twice every 13 months. Supposing the goats have multiple births, this lady would walk off with a big chunk of the investor's goats. And any viewers thinking this is a good
    venture are not looking at the nitty-gritty of it all.
    Please Sarah, go back to the drawing board and comeback with a model that is favourable to your customers coz right now, it looks like you are putting up a scam.
    Here is something you might want to adopt.
    You might want to share births... Eg... 1st birth is the investors, second birth is yours and so on. And if it's your turn and the goat has 2 or more kids, you take one baby and give second/third/fourth baby(ies) to investor. Anything less than this looks like a scam.
    You really started off very well and I was rooting for you but this venture might cost you your credibility.
    And all of us here, if you have other ideas of how she can refine this venture, please put them forward. Let's help her come up with something credible.

    • @AireFarms
      @AireFarms  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      Thanks so much for always rooting for me and I am sorry that you feel differently now.
      However, let me break this down a little further.
      Let’s use an example of 10 goats for 3 years.
      1. The client buys 10. They get an additional 10 goats each year for 3 years. At the end of 3 years, they have 40 goats. They don’t have to invest in land, don’t have to build structures, don’t have to pay workers, don’t buy drugs for their animals, don’t have to deal with mortality rates, ( sometimes mortality rates can be as high as 40% in case of an outbreak) I would absorb it all. No operating expenses, etc.
      2. Me(AIRE Farms): I keep some of the remaining kids born each year. (Again, factoring in mortality rates which are absolutely unavoidable) I take the full responsibility for any mortalities, I pay workers, feed them, buy drugs, vaccinate the animals etc etc. so those extra kids born each year support the running and maintenance. And at the end of it all, I may remain with a few as additional profit. And quite honestly, this offer will not appeal to everyone, but for someone who is interested in venturing into goat farming in the future but not ready either financially or due to other factors, this would be a great opportunity to accumulate animals without fully being invested. Or for someone who has money sitting around and not making reasonable interest, this would be a great way to allow their money to grow each year.
      I know that it may look quirky right now but it will make sense in the future and especially to those that understand the value and benefit.
      Thanks so much for your input. I truly appreciate it!

    • @GustomixedFarms
      @GustomixedFarms 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      In my opinion @Carolinebartlett8028 a good deal is one where both parties walk away with a profit for their investment and this one such deal.
      Aire farm
      1.Leveraging their experience to mitigate risk for both the client and themselves.
      2.Managing human resources.(I don't know what experience you have with Farm workers and the challenges that come with)
      3.Lending you some of their capital investment in their land so you're goats can multiply.
      4.Giving the client an opportunity to be hands free and use the time for more enterprise especially us the 9 to 5 workers.
      5. Fair share of profits read kids not adding assurance of getting a kid every year.
      6.Allowing farm visits so one can gain experience as their flock grows or till they are ready to take their animals to their setup farm.

    Sounds like a ripoff, again if you guys said goat farming is that lucrative why are you coming up with all these business models to keep someone else’s goat???, you should concentrate more on your own farm and possibly expand the business by keeping more goats to catch up with the high demand you claimed in goat farming, you guys said one goat can give birth to twins and goat gives birth twice in two years and some can even give birth twice a year, why do i have to have 30 goats at the end of 3year term???, i see desperation mixed with lies in what you do, agin if goat farming is that lucrative why are you so much interested in keep other people’s animals??, goat farming is not going anywhere, your ancestors did it, now you’re doing it so i see no need for this rush, if the potential new farmers are not financially ready this year they can start next year, goat farming is not going anywhere!
